About Gatsby's Restaurant & Packard's Bar At The Grayl's Hotel
Gatsby's Restaurant, located in the historic Grayl's Hotel across from Straub Park on the waterfront of downtown St. Petersburg, is an elegant dining spot for those who wish to experience a bit of nostalgia. This hotel, completed in 1922, has been extensively restored and saved from the bulldozers as so many classic buildings end their lives. The menu offerings, though not extensive, are enough to invite the diner to enjoy a tasty repast while savoring the historic ambiance of Old St. Pete either inside, or on the patio or sidewalk while gazing across Straub Park to the waterfront. Packard's Bar, inside the restaurant, offers a full bar including a nice selection of beers and wines. Reservations for dinner or lunch are gladly accepted.

Very "Southern"
Our company had a meeting last week, and we all stayed at the Vinoy. Each night, a group of 5 of us went out and explored the area and decided that we had to try Gatsby's at the Grayl Hotel, right across from the park. The place has a "Southern" theme to it, and we all agreed that we fully enjoyed ourselves here. The food was very good (I had the Marinated Salmon) and the menu items seemed reasonably priced, compared to other places we had tried down there. Our waitress was excellent and was very helpful in her suggestions and descriptions of the menu selections. Friendly, Warm, Tasty, Wonderful dining experience. Everyone was so helpful and the food was just great. Lot of choices on the menu. We will be going back soon.

Pelagia Trattoria - International Hotel
As good as it gets.....
I've eaten here several times when I've stayed at the hotel. Food is always first rate, and the waitstaff falls over themselves to attend to every need. A first class operation.
