About GreekTown Grille - Clearwater
The GreekTown Grille opened just outside of downtown Clearwater in August of 2009. From the start, patrons deemed this spot to be a hit. It is a family run business with Sam & Vicki Karamountzos overseeing every little detail. The food is reported to be absolutely excellent (we agree from our experience) and internet reviews so far have all been heavy in the 4 and 5 star rating catagory. All dinner entrées include all you can eat salads or soup with the soup selections made from family recipes not available without a key to the family vault. A lunch menu offers excellent prices ($8 entrées) for their quality cuisine, although the portions are a bit smaller than the dinner portions.
The decor is traditional Greek, of course, and the service is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Diners may elect to be seated inside, or out in the patio area when the weather is nice. Live music, always a Greek accouterment, is offered in the banquet room. Laura Reiley, the well renowned Food Critic of the St. Petersburg Times, reviewed this spot in an article dated 9/3/08, and rated it 3 Stars (Excellent).
The GreekTown Grille welcomes reservations for business lunches and banquets in their banquet room. Early Dinner Menu from 4 to 6. GREAT SERVICE.....GREAT FOOD
Friendly, Warm, Tasty, Wonderful dining experience. Everyone was so helpful and the food was just great. Lot of choices on the menu. We will be going back soon.
